Sectioned Entertainment Room Layout
This entertainment room has been cleverly laid out to accommodate a movie viewing area with an overhead projector and a pool playing area.
A corner sofa has been used, with its back towards the pool table, to serve as not only seating for the movie room but also as a room divider to define the different areas in the space. A long bench backs onto the sofa, which is an ideal seating area for people playing pool or watching other players.

A large and spacious corridor area in this luxury home has been utilized with a pool room, transforming an otherwise useless space into an area where owners and guests can enjoy passing the time.
The table is centered in the space to make a feature of it, with houseplants positioned on the floor in various spots as decoration.

This large basement room has been converted into an entertainment space with a billiards table and a separate casual seating area. The sofas and armchairs have been arranged at one end of the room, facing away from the billiards table, in order to define the seating area as a separate space.
The billiards table is illuminated by overhead lighting, with accessories such as extra cues stored at the side of the room.

This is a traditional lounge with a portion of the room at the back of the space designated to a pool table.
As pool tables take up a significant amount of space, and you also have to consider room around the perimeter of the table for players and their cues, it means that furniture should not be placed close by to the table. Here, the seating furniture is all kept at the far end of the space.

This rec room has been set up as a pool room with a home bar. The pool table is centered in the middle of the space, with the bar set at a diagonal angle at one end of the room.
The bar features bar stools that will double up as seats where people can perch and watch pool being played. Pool cue holders have been fitted to the wall for storing cues, next to a sideboard that features a lamp for extra lighting and decoration.

This room perfectly depicts how a pool table can fit into an ordinary lounge if you wish. The living room here might ordinarily feature two sofas and a coffee table in the middle; however, the owners have downsized their furniture to just armchairs and moved everything to one side, making the seating area much smaller in order to accommodate a pool table at one end of the room.
